A walk through your first visit with us
- Schedule your visit: Call us or request an appointment online.
- Complete your forms: After booking, we’ll send you instructions to fill out your patient forms. Completing these early helps us verify your insurance and estimate any out-of-pocket costs.
- Plan for your visit: Your first appointment will take about 60-90 minutes. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout.
- Meet your dental team: Our multilingual team (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Urdu, and Creole) will greet you and guide you through every step.
- Your comprehensive exam: You’ll meet with Dr. Adriana Torena who will review your dental history and goals. Using digital X-rays, photographs, and a gum evaluation, she’ll thoroughly assess your oral health.
- Review your care plan: Before you leave, we’ll walk you through your personalized treatment plan, insurance options, and payment solutions.
